How do I return a Charles BowTie watch?

Our main concern is your total satisfaction. Our watches have been controlled and tested by professionnals.

To return any or our product, you may send them back in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund within 30 days after receive your order. Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top or back or crown are not accepted for returns.

To return a product, please contact our customer service departmenet by e-mail at hello@charlesbowtie.co.uk to inform us about your return. Returns are free and handled by our logistic partner DHL. Once we know that you want to return your product, we will arrange the sending back.

Can I exchange a Charles BowTie product ?

Exchanges are free of charge. You may exchange any unused Charles BowTie products in their original packaging within 30 days after you receive your order. To exchange a product, contact our customer service at hello@charlesbowtie.co.uk and we’ll send you a return label to use for the exchange and further instructions. We will send you the new item as soon as we have received and approved your returned item.  

Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for exchanges. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the exchange and have to send it back.
